iTunes Upgrade Problems.


since upgrading itunes 7.7 when plug ipod classic in spinning rainbow thingy. have done cause me problem , can offer solution.

check activity monitor after plug in classic - odds 1 of helper applications itunes (itunes helper or ipod service) not responding.

once figure out 1 is, make note of pid, issue command @ terminal prompt restart it:

code:
kill -hup [pid]
where [pid] number made note of earlier.

need help with itunes 7.7
