engadget notes gps acquisition "surprisingly fast cellphone" , credits iphone's use of both gps, cellphone towers , wi-fi access points determine location.

1 point of confusion whether or not 3rd parties able offer turn-by-turn gps solution iphone. questions sdk conditions , antenna size have been raised in previous reviews, telenav confirmed gizmodo launching 3d moving map gps application turn-by-turn voice guidance.

can't believe server issues apple having though.. couldn't see coming? i've been trying download ipod touch 2.0 firmware since yesterday.
