Finally got thru...Now won't sync....


ok. got phone back. has new software on it. won't sync. when hook says "an error occured while restoring phone (-1426)". have gotten "can't find restore file" or that. backed before downloaded 2.0. contacts on phone, don't have music.
 

any thoughts? says required file restore not found. on phone works except no music. should tell delete or continue restore?

need help with itunes 7.7
