Apple Store Southampton (UK) - my experience


just returned apple store in west quay southampton (uk).

got apple store around 1430 find line of 20 people waiting iphone. started chatting 1 of employees told me had loads of stock, couldn't sell couldn't access o2 system set contract. in fact, 1430 had managed sell 4 iphones day!

1 guy in process of being served had been there since 8am , still hadn't gone through.

after 15 minutes, staff came along queue ask if wanted come tomorrow weren't getting anywhere. offered reserve phone until tomorrow - no obligation - , said call me tomorrow arrange time come in people don't have wait around.

got them reserve 16gb black me (they did have versions available)

staff great, , friendly - felt them - they'd had hell of day

need help with itunes 7.7
