Apple OS X License Agreement and eBay

hi all.

bought ibook via ebay auctiion 2nd turn/dealtree inc. (a regular ebay seller). auction stated "mac operating system" included in sale (installed previous owner) no software provided. learned sort of sale not violates ebay's stated policy apple's license agreement well. went apple's legal page , found provisions related "transfer" below. assume i'm correct here welcome comment. i've reported seeming violation ebay , contacted dealtree customer service. we'll see happens...

i don't understand end-game here... got ibook os installed without original media, , seller told that. seems fine, unless os included wasn't 1 came computer.

because violates apple's eula doesn't mean laws being broken.
