Need some help with my Power Mac Freezing


hey bought 800mhz power mac g4 off of ebay month ago. got rid of windows machine , started using full time. have few questions reguarding this. first sites make freeze. on craigslist , see trying scam , try flag computer has spinning disc , stays way. on cardomain too. not sure if it's because of low amount of ram or way sites are. have 256 running 10.3.9 if can me find ram on site cool or if knows why happening cool. there way put shortcut homepage on top of menu bar? don't have type in. lastly bought pro style keyboard , keys seem hard press normal? there better keyboard out there? , advice.

need help with itunes 7.7
