Iphone progression


hi,

thought post experience ordering iphone, time, emails etc....

ok, got work monday morning 8.30am, noticed had email o2 had registered. clicked link , followed through order (8gb £35 per month) had no real problems apart taking little longer load, expected. shortly after recieved 2 emails, first saying order, next detailing ordered , had order number o2. both timed @ 09.01.

heard on monday , tuesday. checking gmail account , o2 order section, no more emails , no update. out of office day on wednesday when got home checked gmail, no emails went o2 , stated order complete , presented me mobile number , dhl tracking number.

morning got office, checked emails , had bill o2 debited on or around 24th of month, shocking, i'm not bothered @ least have iphone.

have checked dhl link not appear working, apart have wait parcel delivered home on friday!

need help with itunes 7.7
