Charging jawbone from 3G car charger?


hello, wondering if possible, , safe to, charge jawbone 2 griffin powerjolt car charger. since both use usb connections know plug in, wanted see if safe so, if on long trip? please let me know, thanks!
 

i have had jawbone on year, how charge it. usb griffin cigarette adapter.....works fine

need help with itunes 7.7
