iPhone Purchasing Question


i'm wondering if work:

i'm new at&t , signing @ apple store.
father paying service, account holder, although person on account phone line.

going go apple store, , pay gift card ($250).
however, because cash isn't accepted, i'm wondering if can use debit card remaining balance though father going account holder because paying monthly charges. able put activation fee , other carrier related charges on account , actual purchase of phone on account?
 

yes. doesnt matter pays it.

need help with itunes 7.7
