Trouble with TC.


okay, bought tc 2 weeks ago, leaving apple store grinning widely. home, unwrapped , proceeded hook up. , that's trouble starts. i've spent hours trying make connect. i've called apple , thing tc broken. set appointment genius bar , took tc there , guy made work perfectly. mean matter of minutes.

went home , tried again, fail. i'm deciding whether sell or keep on messing it..

want give visual of i'm doing , how set in household.

okay modem , linksys router in room downstairs in closet (in built in wall box). , other router, 1 i've been connecting located in brothers room upstairs. modem has 1 port linksys router connects it, , else runs through linksys through wall ethernet ports (like a1, a2, etc) belkin (the 1 brothers room) used in port 1 of linksys. technique i've used time capsule reset countless times, make name blah blah, choose "i don't have something , want create new one", choose "bridge mode", , click continue rest. keep in mind i'm using wall port. seems dandy sets, green light flashes, , shows option connection. doesn't connect internet. somehow though connects time machine , reads everything..

i'm asking, doing wrong? me or wireless set-up? tc worth it?
 

ive got 500gb tc(which has 4gbs left on :( ) anyway, love it, simple.

however, dont have complex network have. have mine plugged dsl modem, , router.

have read, need make tc main router, , setup other routers coming after tc.

sorry if isnt technical enough, thats remember reading on forums. maybe bit more knowledge come , ya...hang in there, great product once going...

need help with itunes 7.7
