Music Business: iMac or Mac Pro


hey all. friend , jump starting new music label in coming weeks , looking purchasing new mac finish off label's first artist's debut album.

initially, interested in maxed-out specs imac, upon further research, realized mac pro has quad core processor. own logic pro studio pro tools, software isn't question in buying processor far pre-installation concerned.

can here give me little advice on better bang buck (considering budget of ~$4000 @ max [don't mind keyboards & monitors, got them])? there true performance differential between dual-core , quad-core? :d
 

for doing, yes, definitel, in line of business, crash or page out lose money, absolute "standard" imac, 8 cores, , you'll set few years, if staing in industry.

need help with itunes 7.7
