MLB At Bat - Quality over 3G vs. WiFi - can u adjust?


i noticed when on wifi quality of video ridiculous (close tv) when on 3g quality more or less unwatchable - can how better quality videos while on 3g?

it's due data transfer rates, in wifi considerably superior.

hence, choices find wifi hotspot, or stick current under-par quality.
