ive been needing new ipod/iphone while iphone same price 8 gig nano ive been considering getting it. problem dont know if eligible subsidization. in december opened contract att iphone christmas. 2 months later got stolen @ gym , att gave me "upgrade" phone. subsidized iphone given if can upgrade once have contract. since upgraded doubt it. again give subsidization if previous iphone owner. possible give me?

need help with itunes 7.7
