O2 Failover page - successful orders if any?

did got page saying:-

"thank order. processing , contact if there complications details have provided."


had notificiation via email/phonecall/ o2 outsanding orders part of online billing system order has gone through?
 

not me, though mine did go through minute before pulled plug on whole thing.

i'm assuming they're going tell managed place 1 thursday , hasn't been contacted should assume o2 hates them.
