Time Capsule and Port Forwarding


i need setting port forwarding on mac mini using wireless router time capsule better sound quality using skype. i've searched everywhere , come nothing! @ portforward.com have guide airportextreme screenshots , instructions don't quite make sense. i'm using osx 10.5 , absolutely fantastic. thanks.
 

it's simple if know, i.p. on network, , ports want forward. whether udp or tcp

need help with itunes 7.7
