Recover Pics from Watered down iPhone


so, wife new iphone couple of months ago...she loves it! easy config, simple use, it's uses!

last night kid dripped several drops of popsicle top of it, voila, no more workie. pulled sim card, sticky inside. device doesn't act wants turn on, , plugging in produces squat! make less squat. ugggh :eek:

anyway, apple confirmed phone pregnant checking ept marker inside. bummer. warranty gone, no more iphone.

long story short, took lots , lots , lots of pics of kids @ beach last week, didn't sync before died last night. double eeek! so, desperate question masses out there...is there chance of recovering pictures dead device? flash memory in state in take apart , read different device on laptop? there hope of retrieving pics sticky iphone?

thanks, thoughts, suggestions, or creative ideas welcome!

need help with itunes 7.7
