everyone’s been dieing feature lists, , while list thing does, it’s pointless list things every im application have. result, here few things stand out in application:

server-side connection management
of connections managed our servers , result, im sessions remain active regardless of phone’s connectivity options. if drop coverage or edge craps out on you, we’ll keep connection live until come onto our network. creates lot of flexibility of still have terrible network coverage.

multiple accounts
of accounts can online @ 1 time. can connect 10 accounts on varying networks simultaneously. means can have 3 aim accounts, gtalk account , 2 msn accounts connected iphone.

buddy icon support
set buddy icon picture in photo library , see friend’s icons too. first mobilechat!

profiles & away messages
set profile , view friend’s or set personalized away message.

“push compatible”
while can’t enable push notifications until apple releases service developers in august (hopefully), have built mc3 take full advantage of push notifications offered. allow guys notified of new ims when have app closed!

instant message phone number
don’t want waste text messages on plan? create new im , mobilechat automatically display contact list can send im mobile phone number. once message has been created, can have full “sms like” conversation without using text messages.

buddy alias
call them want in mobilechat 3. if want xoangelcutie93810xoxoxo show “tanya”, won’t problem.


said, it’s not best feature list, highlight of serious improvements of mobilechat 3.

 

sounds awesome, really, don't think of these chat clients useful until push enabled.

when comes, i'm sold. going pay product?
