02 Phones before activation/ Which EU Countires iPhones are unlocked?

on 02...if purcahse brand new iphone unopened...will able use existing 02 sim card in phone..?

countries selling unlocked iphones or iphones on non-contract basis?

cant activate o2 servers down put old o2 sim in, itunes said cant activate , using normal

need help with itunes 7.7
