Help with Smart Playlist


i'm trying create smart playlist in itunes called 'misc' creates playlist mp3's aren't in playlist, whenever add new music main music library , not specified playlist, goes 'misc'

im having trouble specifying necessary criteria job, , im having trouble searching answer - hoping help??
 

playlist>is not>playlist name

repeat each playlist exclude.

need help with itunes 7.7
