att seems clueless


when called att credit check own website recommends clueless. after limping through att rep tried tell me att won't selling iphones on july 11 because "read on internet". proceeded argue me until went att's website while talking , checked himself, unbelievable !
 

same here except

went local at&t store yesterday afternoon "pre-qualify". rep tells me qualification different iphone , won't able until launch day. said pre-qualify me "regular" phone plan , it'd give me "ballpark".

asked "then why at&t recommending people pre-qualify before launch day" , of course clueless. told him go employers website , take look. left. i'll try store weekend.

can't blame reps in store entirely. at&t has responsibility educate & train staff.

have say, makes me little leary of switching current carrier...

need help with itunes 7.7
