smcFan Control Wont go above 3600rpm


hi everyone,
had smcfan control month or , worked great, morning turn on macbook pro , notice not there anymore. have no idea how disappeared, maybe brother deleted it. went on google , downloaded fan control 1.2 application thought smcfan control wasn't, deleted , noticed on fan control 1.2 application highest rpm can put 3500. found smcfan control again , downloaded , cant put higher 3600rpm. before used put 5600rpm or more when increase rpm, goes 5000 , drops 3600...now running @ 3607rpm , macbook temperature 47*c.

how can fix this, have been update modified , deleted smcfan control, since when started computer software update os running. if can please do, since macbook pro hot when watch movies or edit pictures. before smcfan control open @ log in, , doesn't.

need help with itunes 7.7
