Possible to prevent iPhone from going to sleep?


i have app needs continuously monitor gps. however, after minute of inactivity, device goes sleep , gps turned off (to save power, presumably). there way application keep gps on long it's running? in advance.
 

it's easier suggest users turn auto lock off in settings.

need help with itunes 7.7
