How likely is it? (custimization of iPhone 3G)


i know can use custom icons/wallpapers in jailbroken phones, how "official" app able this? i'm huge fan of customization on electronics, , love able 2.0 update. clues?
 

i don't think because need access system files witch official apps don't have unless apple allow don't see app summerboard or customize coming

need help with itunes 7.7
