Contact synch looping issue


help! decided take advantage of .me consolidate contact lists. started doing 1 way synch outlook .me, set pushes. fine. today, did yahoo, , have mess of duplicates. instead of merging data, instructed, created new records prompted me "resolve conflicts". each time synch, seems create few more duplicates. had planned gmail, too, can't until figured out.

ok, admit it, should have waited until bugs worked out, want clean quickly. 1 "master" contact list? 1 on .me web app or ical app on ibook? , how turn off yahoo synch once address books cleaned up? want prevent additional updating of yahoo.
