Can someone create a couple simple apps? Toggle Off/On 3G and WiFi


i'm not programmer don't know if downloaded sdk. i'm looking make couple of free apps in vein of other simple , free apps. they'd 2 separate programs, otherwise defeat purpose.

essentially, it's icon on home screen 3g. when tap it, toggles phone's 3g off. if possible, icon of app change reflect this. obviously, if tapped again, turn 3g on. separate program toggles wifi on/off exact same thing.

possible? if so, can make it? know can change in settings, swap stuff out through out day i'm around town it'd nice tap icon turn off/on 3g , wifi!
