Add remote in Apple TV greyed out


so i've got iphone 3g , i've updated apple tv 2.1 when go set new remote on apple tv, 'add remote' greyed out. can tell me i've done wrong?

 

i had problem @ first too. have have iphone on remote app running. appletv recognize it. have enter passcode.

need help with itunes 7.7
