Which netbook to choose?! Edit: Chosen! MSI Wind FTW


i going , forth on 'netbook' buy.


had eee pc 701, dad wanted work/travelling bought me money paid (~$450), need new little laptop classes/travel.

gonna eee 901 @ $600? think not, thats bit away used/older macbook far superior.


have msi wind pre-ordered right http://www.ncix.com/products/index.php?sku=31089&vpn=u100%2fblack&manufacture=msi%2fmicrostar shipping keeps getting delayed , have dropped original 6-cell battery in favor of 3-cell. size 10" screen bigger keyboard. favor hdd on ssd because of size , longevity. don't price, on $600 after tax.


leaning towards acer aspire 1 http://www.ncix.com/products/index.php?sku=30747&vpn=lu.s020a.011&manufacture=acer on $420 after taxes etc. 8.9" screen still nice, build quality said good, looks nice boot. bigger keyboard eee great. don't 8gb ssd much, , trackpad has side buttons not under pad. has 3-cell battery $200 cheaper think live it. worry upgrading ram, supposed tricky , voids warranty. wanna put windows xp on (as have spare license) seems little iffy.

don't know do! love save money need new monitor pc , acer + dell ultrasharp bit more msi. don't wanna stuck crappy laptop.
