weird problem with empty boxes


i have no idea what's this, these empty boxes keep showing on computer...it fine couple days ago, let dad use , what's happening. they're black-lined empty boxes show in weird places. there's 1 around hardisk icon , 1 pop in middle of screen when i'm trying read something. it's annoying , distracting. have idea?

need help with itunes 7.7
