Synching to Macbook Air


hey guys, crossed on pc , bought macbook air (love it) having trouble synching iphone. want sync contacts address book problem last time clicked "sync" erased numbers on phone because had no numbers in address book. how sync address book download numbers iphone , have everytime sync it, updates address book?

need help with itunes 7.7
