How to buy apps in Canada


i heard people have created apple accounts itunes store in u.s while lived in canada, posssible?
because live in canada , know canadians can't buy apps gift cards, credit cards , wondering if open apple account in u.s.
 

to download free apps, use instructions found in following youtube video. have been able download number of apps.

need help with itunes 7.7
