Anyone else have a really bad Apple store experience?


i have been 3 apple stores in past week total of 5-6 times , have had bad experiences. as love apple , products seems of current employees not trained in product line used be.

1. apple store employee informed mother's friend base macbook not buy , should higher line model because base model did not have upgradable ram.
2. apple store employee informed me ipod touch sold come 2.0
3. apple store employee told me vibrate/ring rocker switch airplane mode
4. apple store employee told me 3g dock came usb cable

yes -- of false. anomaly or employees not quite used be?
 

find nearby apple store? maybe store has higher average percentage of idiots. :p
