o2 has had plenty of time prepare website did not. existing customers whom screwing. highly desirable new customers have no problem getting phones on friday, not allowed purchase in shops.
propose both register our unhappiness current system through poll here , report o2 ombudsman take action. o2 lied me "millions , millions" of people trying upgrade on website, still refuse take orders on phone despite disaster , not let existing customers upgrade @ stores on friday.
else hear bs o2 add here? other ideas how pressure o2 change policy , let order on phone or pick our upgrades on friday @ high street stores?
