vibrate ringer and audible alerts - 3G iPhone


is possible enable vibrate ringer still have audible alterts? while @ work have calls vibrate when recieve email or message have phone send audible altert. reason vibrate alerts on vibrate once , miss it.

work around can think of create ring tone nothing silent noise. recommendations?
