Questions about 3G iPhone

plan on buying new 3g iphone on friday. had question family plan parents have. used have cellular one, att bought them, wanted add plan, can that? have regular plan voice only. figured if existing customers, pay $10 add line , $30 data plan..right?
 

yeah, doesn't sound you'll eligible upgrade price. may want verify costs of family plans mix of iphones , other phones.
