iPhone and iPhoto Synch issues and questions

want select photos transferred iphone. right in itunes, shows "synch" or select particular year of photos. created folder on left side of iphoto , dropped pictures want on iphone. new folder not recognized itunes can synch it. have solution?

got work exporting photos file on desktop , linking itunes it. not way hoping, works.

need help with itunes 7.7
