i getting thoroughly fed up!
telephoned local store (wilmslow) yesterday , asked stock of 16gb model. surprise told although have limited stock, none of sale reserved!
today, thought i'd give go, , manager seemed down on idea 16gb stock reserved, said not upgrades in-store!
quite clueless. @ first said upgrades done online, when told him email o2 said not upgrades in-store because didn't have right simcards!
being thick or right in thinking iphones come simcards inserted. if don't, can there difference between simcard new contract , simcard upgraded contract.
problem here prospect of queuing outside store considerable time tomorrow morning told ignorant store manager can nothing you!
how wish had never sold v.1 iphone!
although many stores seem have different information there has been alot said in store upgrades.
answer 'yes' can upgrade in store, stock being reserved store manager o2 & apple have said there no in store reservations, first come first served!
