Poor Treatment at Apple Store


when go local apple store, ardmore, i'm never offered help.

don't pretend interested in helping me.

had appointment genius bar last sunday @ 3:20 didn't me until 3:42 @ sat @ bar, ignored, 22 minutes before had pretty beg me because guy said me refused take 5 steps on me.

king of prussia store however, helpful. says me when walk in , i'm questioned every few minutes employee happens walk by. complaint them genius told me out of warranty repair free , in fact wasn't. after speaking manager allowed free.

@ ardmore store, time people came on me when walked cashier buy macbook pro , 3 other guys came on make sure didn't run off though had paid it.
