i wont pac code tmoby 3 weeks

1 today - cost me 50 quid more cancel account in 3 weeks time.

there time limit apply pac code on newly signed iphone?
 

not sure this. canceled contract t-mobile on friday , gave me pac code whilst on phone them, sent me sms. contract canceled in 30 days.
