Got a Brand New iPhone that doesn't work!


just got brand new iphone... must feeling lucky there around 500 available in hong kong.
luck runs out upon unboxing...

gorgeous iphone works except parts of screen...
area "r,d,c,x" on normal keypad can not sense touch..

have problems pressing number 4, , opening programs, sliding bar turn on because involves crossing faulty zone.
guys @ hutchison i'm 1 they've seen problem..

1 in world?
else having faulty touch screen?

anyway, getting new 1 or i'll have bring hutchison house down! :mad:

need help with itunes 7.7
