iTunes Error 6 When Upgrading to 2.0 -- Help!


i tried day install 2.0 no luck. purchased 2.0...and when goes final step, message:

ipod not restored. unknown error occurred (6).

ideas? googled, went on apple's site , tried of tips , nothing has worked. @ point, want ipod work again 1.1.4. :(

need help with itunes 7.7
