AT&T wireless data plans - NAT and TCP idle


does around here know details on how at&t's data plans work. iphone public address or go through nat router on at&t's network? tcp idle connections. there timeout idle connections (specifically https)? these things different on consumer , enterprise plans? answers or speculation.

need help with itunes 7.7
