PS Anti-Glare screen for iPhone 3G, a Review


i picked 1 of these @ apple store (raleigh, nc) yesterday , figured i'd post review of here.

first, there concerns ps films not being sized, appear have fixed mine fits front glass perfectly.

application: easy, pre-application film helps lot ensure screen clean. managed mine on without bubbles easily. lining little tricky follow directions , should fine.

effectiveness: got film because didn't how easy glass smudge, , solve that. screen virtually smudge proof now. fingers glide across oil doesn't build on screen. love part of film, brings me to...

clarity: honest, sucks. doesn't make screen impossible see there noticeable loss of clarity in screen due matte texture of film. on darker colors can barely tell @ really, on bright colors (white especially) painfully obvious.

overall: i'd give 7/10 overall. cut well, easy apply, , comes 2 of them. protection smudges awesome , screen still easy touch effectively. but, clarity huge issue me. many applications/websites use lighter background, clarity issue apparent, reminded of lot.

i'm unsure of whether i'll keep on, on 1 hand love smudge guard aspect, clarity loss annoying. wallpapers don't crisp , clean naked glass. guess depends on 1 of ocd tendencies electronics wins over.

i didn't find clarity altered much. add bit of shimmer not bad.

smudge , grease proof properties of make must have me.

need help with itunes 7.7
