Mac Pro TRULY upgradeable?


just trying plan little ahead future. i've seen couple older powermac g4s in day , worked pc towers, new internal design of g5 pwrmac , mac pro how easy replace parts after warranty expires. own upgrades , part replacements whenever possible, because i'm capable (fans, hds, memory, disk drives, etc.). also, how parts stack cost wise?
i'm starting save buy in year or 2 when powerbook stops working or displeases me lol. want upgrade desktop because find myself doing of work @ desk mbp, , base model mac pro same price spend on imac doesn't seem easy open , upgrade/replace out of warranty. if mac pro isn't more accessible imac may save $$. current setup in sig, , plan use powerbook mobile machine while macbook serves desktop, after powerbook stops use macbook pro mobile machine , buy dedicated desktop. :)
 

you're limited in terms of gpus, , we've hit dead-end processor-wise because nehalem won't fit in penryn socket, else fair game.

need help with itunes 7.7
