Blue rectangle with a white circle (next to carrier) - what is it?


hi there. may stupid question, icon white circle/dot in it? icon replaces wifi/3g 1 next "o2-uk".

know "e" shown edge , "3g" 3g, dot? seems quite fast, , it's have in house.
