Multiple numbers in contacts


learned hard lesson when updated 2.0, lost 80% of contact info. long story short, when add custom label or add 3 or more phone numbers contact in phone, outlook no recognize "custom" label or phone numbers.

sell abc company talked 6 different people there. had(and me had) 6 guys direct number , cell phone numbers under abc company. outlook saved / backed of 3 of numbers.

apple told me i-phone / outlook not set that, you're screwed.

question: there other program recognize custom labels , phone numbers plus them up?

are using outlook 07? if used use (before switching correct side) , had no problems multiple numbers contacts.
