Windows wireless access issue?


ok, first off, forgive me...this questions in relation dell laptop. sorry, it's friends , i'm mac guy - don't want go hunt down "windows forum" if can here...

friend of mine having issues connecting wireless network (shared upstairs neighbor, permission). network shows fine in list of available networks, when clicks connect, she's never prompted password. every other network tries prompts password (if locked), , had no problem connecting network on powerbook. every time clicks on it, gets error says "this network can no longer found. may out of range or no longer active..."

have thoughts on might causing this?

she's running xp , hasn't had issues elsewhere. 1 particular network.

need help with itunes 7.7
