Unknown Error (5) when updating to 2.0.


i keep getting unknown error (5) when updating or restoring 2.0 firmware. had 1.1.3 jailbroken on it, restored 1.1.3 clean.

i'm using windows xp, , ibrickr force ipod out of firmware update mode.

it's small detail, can't itunes take 2.0 firmware.

ideas appreciated. thanks.
 

did upgrade itunes? that's mac users had do.

need help with itunes 7.7
