so called 1800-myapple , spoke kind lady talked me through needed , asked if offered me, , said no, spoke systems engineer told should of, , said should call apple store bought it, , ask them install free didn't offer option. should i? i'm worried poor kid sold me - screwed but... yo think should do?

bought mac pro on june 2 , not offered card either. did go store , buy card , offered install refused. took 10 minutes install myself, it's easy. should well.

need help with itunes 7.7
