Help, Windows XP on Vmware won't boot

hey guys, earlier on today, used windows xp on vmware, had go out, didn't shut down windows xp properly, instead, holding down on/off button shut down everything, mac , windows, later on today, booted mac, excited, ran vmware booted windows, came on windows start , run safe mode, or recover last time , on, tried of them, no luck, after clicking on 1 of them, boot up, reboot , end same position, start , on, restarted mac, here image of blue screen - (not blue screen of death)...

great,

attached files:

0x00000024 errors seem relate file system/driver errors.

why hell didn't shut windows , mac down properly? it's pure stupidity bomb things off unless there's reason (hard crashed).

boot up, before windows starts loading start hitting f8, select safe mode, login, open command prompt. run "chkdsk /f" , hope best....that's if safe mode work.

you might screwed, , end having reinstall.
