Help iphone is locked again!


i paid have iphone 'fixed' mean hacked , using t-mobile, first generation iphone. working fine until couple of hours, when connected phone computer , window pop up. saying there new software iphone, dumbass said yes upgrade.
once done, noticed iphone no longer works. locked. says can make emergency calls. need how should proceed.

need help with itunes 7.7
